Blog about how I squeeze life in between training for all sorts of athletic events from Triathlons to marathons to open water swims!

Swim
Tonight is my swim at the nicer pool. The one you can actually see the bottom of. Ah sheer bliss. Last night I was off. I tried to relax but found myself cleaning up and doing laundry etc. I can't seem to sit still these days. I am also sleeping a 1000 times better, my stomach isn't as upset-probably due to not drinking or smoking anymore-I find myself wanting to eat fruit. Something that was very hard for me all these years. The benefits of this training for me personally are just fantastic. I've stopped drinking, stopped smoking and I am losing weight. I feel better all round, my body, my mind my sanity...all improving. Well perhaps the sanity part isn't quite there yet.
