April 22nd 2007 I became a triathlete. It's so exciting. There's never a better feeling in the world. Well I haven't had children yet so this will have to do for now.
I finished in 1 hour 34 minutes.
Swim: 10:54
Bike: 44:06
Run: 39:51
I must do more running. I can swim no bother. I was 2nd out of the pool in my wave. The bike I will admit was hard because it was on the trainer, but then again there were no hills.
I'm going to start practicing from the bike to running, indoor and out. It's decided.
I've signed up for another one next month. Swim is inside, bike and run outside.
